We Take Care of Your Home While You're Away
On every scheduled visit for homes in Vero Beach, Sebastian & the surrounding area, we walk the interior & exterior of your home, looking for the subtlest signs that something needs attention & we address it immediately.
We record the thermostat temperature and indoor humidity, and we look at the air handler, AC drain and outdoor condenser.
We look for leaks at every sink, toilet, shower and supply line, check the water heater, and watch for signs of water getting in.
We walk through the house and look at ceilings, walls, floors and baseboards for stains, moisture, odors, pests or anything out of place.
We check the refrigerator and freezer and look around the dishwasher, sink and disposal for moisture.
We check vanities, toilets, showers and tubs for leaks, standing water and moisture.
We check the garage door, the utility room and the area around the water heater for leaks, pests or damage.
We make sure the house has power and look at the electrical panel, outlets and switches for damage or moisture.
We check the water level and clarity, the pool deck, the equipment area and the screen enclosure.
We look for fallen limbs, storm debris, irrigation problems and standing water around the property.
We lock up, reset the alarm, and leave the lights and thermostat the way you asked.
Anything else you want checked goes into your plan at setup.
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits. We set your schedule around your property, how long you'll be away, and anything your homeowner's insurance requires.
A Photo Report After Every Home Watch Service Visit
After every visit, we send you a report with photos of your home and written notes on what we found. If something needs your attention, we tell you right away. You know exactly how your house looks without having to call and ask.
We stand behind every visit. Scheduled visits are completed and documented according to your service plan & you'll always receive a detailed report.
If We Find a Problem at Your Vero Beach Home, We Handle It
If we find a problem, we call you right away with photos and talk through the next step together. With your OK, we bring in your preferred contractor or service provider and handle their access, so the repair gets done while you're away.

Hurricane Prep and Storm Checks While You're Away
Before a storm reaches Vero Beach or the Treasure Coast, we check your hurricane and door shutters, clear loose items that could become projectiles, and book tree trimming if your property needs it. Once it's safe, usually 24 to 48 hours after the storm, we check your home and send you photos.

We carry general liability insurance up to $1 million, and we share our insurance and Adam's background check with every new client during onboarding.
