One Call for Every Vendor at Your Vero Beach Home
We're your point person for the people who work on your home. You pay us a service fee, and we bring in cleaners, lawn care, pool service, pest control and tree trimming from our network of vetted vendors. We schedule them and send you the invoice.
Already have vendors you like? We work with them too, and we can run a background check and report back before they're on your property without you.
Residential Concierge Services for Plan Clients
Our concierge services are add-ons for Home Watch and Home Management clients in Vero Beach and along the Treasure Coast. They cover the details that come with owning a home you don't live in year-round.
We coordinate cleaning, adjust the home, and schedule vendors and deliveries before you return.
We open the house up for your season and close it up after you leave.
We take care of the house when you head back North.
We collect your mail weekly and leave it inside, or forward it to you in a box.
We coordinate packages and deliveries to the house.
We get the house ready when family or friends are using it.

Hurricane Preparation and Post-Storm Inspections in Vero Beach
Grove Key Collective prepares your Vero Beach home before a hurricane and checks it after, while you're away.
Before the Storm
We check your hurricane shutters and door shutters. We clear loose items that could become projectiles, and we bring in a tree trimming service when branches need to come down, then send you the invoice.
After the Storm
Once it's safe, usually 24 to 48 hours after the storm passes, we go to your home and do a damage check. You get photos either way, so you know whether your home came through fine or needs work.
Repairs and Coordination
If there's damage, we can be your point person for the repair, bringing in vendors and coordinating access. If you'd rather come down and handle it yourself, that works too.
Storm services are subject to weather, access, safety and availability. Pricing is custom.
Property Concierge Services for ADUs and Renters
If you rent out an ADU or guest house on your property, Grove Key Collective checks on it while you're away. Your renter calls us when something goes wrong, and we go see them, help sort it out and keep you posted.
Key Holder Service, Codes and Access
We hold your keys and access codes and document who else has them. At setup, we record your emergency contacts, access instructions and vendor information, so we can act quickly if something happens.

For larger or more complex properties, we coordinate vendors, oversee projects, prepare the home and give you priority support.
No trip fee for scheduled Home Watch visits. On-demand visits outside your plan are $75 to $125, depending on distance and scope.
