We prefer to meet at your home for the first walkthrough, anywhere from Melbourne to Jupiter Island. If you're already up North, we can do it by video call, or Adam can be at the house while you walk him through it remotely. The consultation is free.
Your Home Watch Setup, Handled From Day One
At setup, we build a profile of your home, so you don't have to remember any of it later. We record your emergency contacts, keys, gate and alarm instructions, and where your water shutoff, electrical panel, HVAC, water heater and pool equipment are. We note your thermostat and humidity targets and your preferred HVAC, plumbing, pool and landscaping vendors.

Starting at $199/month.
We inspect your home on a set schedule, send a photo report after every visit and tell you about anything that needs attention.
Home Management
Starting at $399/month.
You get everything in Home Watch, and we also let your vendors in, coordinate maintenance and oversee the property.
Estate Management
Starting at $750/month.
For larger or more complex properties, we coordinate vendors, oversee projects, prepare the home and give you priority support.
Concierge Services
Custom pricing.
We prepare the house for your arrival or your guests, handle deliveries and vehicles, and take care of your other requests.
Storm Services
Custom pricing.
We prepare your home before a storm, inspect and document it afterward, and coordinate any repairs.
No trip fee for scheduled Home Watch visits. On-demand visits outside your plan are $75 to $125, depending on distance and scope.
