Meet the Team Behind Grove Key Collective in Vero Beach
Grove Key Collective is a veteran-owned home watch company in Vero Beach, founded by Adam Dinaully. Adam started out checking on homes for seasonal owners as side work. After his first clients, he and a friend started Grove Key Collective in 2026 to make it a full service.
Adam wants every owner to know how their house is doing while they're away, without having to ask. That's why every visit ends with a photo report.
Snowbird Home Watch Services So You Can Enjoy Your Time Up North
Most of our clients are snowbirds. They split the year between Vero Beach and a home up North, often in New York or New Jersey, and their Florida house sits empty for months. Others leave for trips of three weeks or more.
They want to know there's no leak, the water heater is working, nothing is damaged and the house is secure. We check all of it on every visit and send photos.
Vacation Home Watch Services While You're Gone
We check for leaks and look at the water heater, AC, humidity and security.
We collect your mail weekly and leave it inside, or forward it to you.
We schedule your vendors, let them in and send you the invoice.
We prepare your home before a storm and check it with photos after.
We have the house cleaned and ready before you come back.

Grove Key Collective carries general liability insurance up to $1 million. Adam is a veteran, and Grove Key is a veteran-owned and operated business. During onboarding, we share our insurance documents and Adam's background check with you.

We stand behind the consistency and professionalism of our Home Watch service. Scheduled visits are completed and documented according to your service plan. If we ever fail to perform an agreed scheduled visit, we'll make it right.
We reply to new inquiries within one business day, and existing clients get priority for urgent property matters.
Easy to Start, Easy to Stay
Every plan is month to month, with no long-term contract. Your first consultation is free. We prefer to meet at your home, but if you're already up North, we can do it by video call, or Adam can walk through the house while you guide him remotely.

We inspect your home on a set schedule, send a photo report after every visit and tell you about anything that needs attention.
Home Management
Starting at $399/month.
You get everything in Home Watch, and we also let your vendors in, coordinate maintenance and oversee the property.
Estate Management
Starting at $750/month.
For larger or more complex properties, we coordinate vendors, oversee projects, prepare the home and give you priority support.
Concierge Services
Custom pricing.
We prepare the house for your arrival or your guests, handle deliveries and vehicles, and take care of your other requests.
Storm Services
Custom pricing.
We prepare your home before a storm, inspect and document it afterward, and coordinate any repairs.
No trip fee for scheduled Home Watch visits. On-demand visits outside your plan are $75 to $125, depending on distance and scope.
